We’re being asked to step-up like never before, and sometimes we need a little support (and community) along the way to reflect back to us how far we’ve come, to reflect back the love we give and see us through our changes. The more of us that see each other, the greater the potential for growth.
Nature Mind is a monthly membership focused on how to bring the sacred back into all aspects of our lives, inspiring and awakening the deepest parts of you through in depth resources and community. The membership will include powerful practices, live group sessions, guest calls, breathwork, a 7 class series on the heart, poetry, access to a community group and more. I will plan to host a live call every Sunday. Calls will always be recorded and added to the membership hub.

In any intuitive work, the degree in which to know these two voices is the degree in the pureness and quality of the information being received. The Ego certainly has her purpose and it’s a great practice to self observe from one moment to the next how much we flip flop operating from one or the other. I challenge you to take note. What voice is most prominent. This is such a beautiful gift from ourselves to follow our breadcrumbs to a life that’s light, abundant, aware, joyful, and grounded.
