No experience necessary. Only curiosity, an animal you’d like to connect with, and a quiet place to settle. ( you can also join even if you don’t have an animal but are called to explore Animlinguistics.

A brief check-in. Is there anyone in the group who is having some challenges with the animal they have arrived with.

With permission, we may do a collective practice to see what we pick up on as a group. Notice the images, feelings and impressions that arise, without rushing to interpret them.

No, you can join from a quiet space and bring an animal to mind or work with a photo.

You don’t need to have an animal to practice. Maybe you are just craving a cool community to practice your intuition. There will be plenty of animals present to practice with.

No, this is a practice circle, with guidance, reflection and questions. It is not a training. Simply a place to practice.

On the 2nd of each month, live on Zoom. Check for the next gatherings date and time above; the day of the week changes each month.

Yes, a recording will be available for two weeks after the live gathering. Everyone that registers will receive an email within 24 hours with a link. However, I will be very mindful of recording people’s debriefs, and depending on the people present, I will honour the request to not record specific shares, but the practice parts of the gathering will be available.

Rest yourself in a quiet comfortable space. Have a notebook and pen close by, you may want to journal or take some notes.
