Animals invite us into a quieter way of being, where we soften the noise of everyday life and become more available to connection.
Together, we’ll explore elevating our frequency through awareness and receptivity, creating space to connect more deeply with the animals in our lives.
I’ll guide you to settle into your body, soften distractions and notice the subtle feelings and impressions that arise. There will also be space for reflection and questions.
Whether you’re new to animal communication or already exploring it, you’re welcome. You don’t need to have an animal beside you, just a quiet place to sit comfortably and a willingness to be curious.
