I hold a space for your luminous subconscious to become alive and share the space of your soul’s calling, calling you back to your true self, your authentic nature and the beauty that always exists deep within.
Like a voice that reawakens slowly, we can listen to the beauty of the luminous subconscious in the patterns, visions, sensations and more that we receive as we return to a practice of deep listening, a deep listening that is furthered by the powerful and profound present moment presence of the horses.
My listening practice started as a young child, strengthened by having to deal with nightmares, and so developing a lucid dreaming practice to protect my peace, to carve out space for my sweet dreams, and to work with the archetypes that exist within. I read everything that I could on dreaming, the dream time, the subconscious, archetypes, magic, myth and metaphor.
As I wove in the medicine of knowledge of the nervous system and its channels scintillating with electricity as they enliven all aspects of the body, I developed a way of holding space for the energetic and soul level of presence, with the wisdom of the nervous system, the brain, the heart center and more that can detail the specific physical supports aligned with the more subtle energetic centers.
As I deepened into the practice of allowing horses to guide us in this subconscious space, with hours spent daily alone in the company of horses, and hours of guided day retreats with clients, my understanding the unfolding of a personal Inner Myth, replete with Magical Archetypes and Vast Inner Realms and Landscapes, has deepened and it is this space that I welcome you to, to reclaim yourself as a Beautiful Creature alive within the Magical Present Moment, held by your Archetypes and Inner Realms, to reveal your most beautiful Wild Self.

Horses have been my greatest teachers, shaping my understanding of movement, trust, and healing from an early age.
My journey began with vaulting and intuitive horsemanship, later evolving into competitive riding, rehabilitation, and eventually, equine-facilitated healing.
A pivotal moment with a horse named Z led me to study Bowen Therapy, animal communication, and consciousness-based medicine, deepening my ability to listen beyond words.
I found that it is in the spaces between words. The space between the inhale and the exhale. The space between thought is where the real gift of our experience as humans dwell.
Now, alongside my herd, I teach presence-based facilitation, ethical equine partnership, and the transformative power of horses as co-facilitators in healing.

Hour One: Activation
We welcome you into a sacred space, honouring the energies in the present moment that support our adventure, welcoming our most authentic and brilliant selves to be present, welcoming the Horses and Horse Spirits that guide us in our adventure, and their profound wisdom of the present moment and the space of archetypal consciousness.
A welcoming of shedding, a listening to the subconscious as to what may be remaining to be shed before the February 2026 start of the Fire Horse Year, an acknowledgement of parts of the False Self that wish to be identified to be released as unconscious habits, in the coming month
A welcoming of the initiation, activation and fiery knowledge of the True Self, the Authentic Presence, and the gift of self to be leaned into, in the Fire Horse Year
A welcoming of the energies of Wild Spaces, Wild Creatures, and the Wild Self and Inner Freedom that allows us to transcend limitations with lightning speed, and how to work with that power in balance and the timing that matches our unique nervous system needs and our body’s silent requirements and asking.
A pause to drink water, reflect, move the body and do as needed, before returning for Hour Two.
Hour Two: The Journey
Be invited to an Inner Journey to the layers of the subconscious and the powerful present moment in the inner daydream and dream time where archetypes of the animal kingdom, the earth, the magical Queendom, the spirit worlds, the sky beings and more can be present to support your being
Learn about positions for the body for Inner Journeys, and choose the position that works for you for this hour.
Optional: Anoint yourself with an anointing oil of your choice, choosing an essential oil that you can use in the coming year to remind yourself of today’s activation and journey.
Relax the body, the mind, the heart, and the psyche as you release into a guided Inner Journey to discover the archetypes that offer to guide you at this time, and the Wild Intelligence that awakens a spark deep within.
After the Inner Journey, take the time to recover, re-enter the physical now moment, and note the experience, what you remember, what you may wish to write down.

Hour Three: The CeremonyA Closing Ceremony to release sacred space and welcome your activation into your daily life.
Be held in a Ceremony of releasing the Year of the Snake, and welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse.Güliz will guide a collective session into the subconscious where we will acknowledge and recognize parts of us that are ready to shed. One final check in before we go deep into winter, a time for stillness in transformation.
